【Preferred】 ■Logical thinking ■Knowledge of HR hiring, training, and retention ■HR・labor-related legal knowledge ■Social insurance procedure experience
◎Being responsible for the reform of the hiring and performance review rating systems which is the basis of business expansion
◎As our industry is expanding, you can be involved in building an HR system as the number of employees increases significantly. ◎As we are aiming for an IPO, you can also be involved in IPO-related work.

Job Conditions

Employment type: Regular employee (indefinite-term employment contract)
Salary: 6.4-10 million JPY per year
There is a salary increase depending on the cumulative working hours, period, and skill.

Other Job Conditions

・Reallocation allowance: Up to 1 million JPY when moving from overseas and up to 300,000 JPY when moving from distant locations within Japan
・It is possible to work from home four times a week (applicable depending on the work).
