Job Description
・Carrying out logic research for new engines and reform research for existent ones
・Cooperating with the product development team, getting involved in configuration, construction, and verification of analysis engines
・Being responsible for analysis work corresponding to customer issues as a data scientist
・Carrying out research for our company in user-friendly Sontaku AI, trading AI that utilizes ensemble learning method, etc.

【Necessary】■Comprehension of our corporate philosophy (Corporate Philosophy) ■Foreign nationals must have Japanese-Language Proficiency test certificate of level 1 (JLPT N1). ■Research experience in fields such as data science, AI・machine learning, mathematical science・statistics, etc.
【Preferred】■M.S. or Ph.D. holder ■Data analysis and data mining experience using R or Phyton ■Experience in technology literature survey (in English)
◎Strengthen the team and build the foundations of business expansion. As there is a lot of inquiries from large corporations, you may be requested to carry out product development with clients.
◎As you will be carrying out the commercialization of customer satisfaction via data analysis, there is the attractive possibility of commercializing your successful development product.

Job Conditions

Employment type: Regular employee (indefinite-term employment contract)
Salary: 4.5-8.6 million JPY per year
There is a salary increase depending on the cumulative working hours, period, and skill.

Other Job Conditions

・Reallocation allowance: Up to 1 million JPY when moving from overseas and up to 300,000 JPY when moving from distant locations within Japan
・It is possible to work from home four times a week (applicable depending on the work).
