Work as a project manager (PM) in our data science department and be in charge of business promotion projects.

Job Description
・Find clues to how to solve problems as a data scientist while meeting with customers.
・Based on customer’s problems, extract issues, and devise solutions.
・Lead the data scientist team and perform data analysis using various methods and our company’s analysis platform bodais.
・Connect the extracted issues to product implementation via cooperating with the product development team. Carry out budget management and know-how accumulation.

【Necessary】■Comprehension of our corporate philosophy (Corporate Philosophy) ■Foreign nationals must have Japanese-Language Proficiency test certificate of level 1 (JLPT N1). ■Data scientist team (3-5 people) ■Knowledge on AI, etc. 【Preferred】 ■Experience in the IT industry ■Consulting experience
◎ Strengthen the team and build the foundations of business expansion. As there is a lot of inquiries from large corporations, you may be requested to carry out product development with clients.
◎As you will be carrying out the commercialization of customer satisfaction via data analysis, there is the attractive possibility of commercializing your successful development product.

Job Conditions

Employment type: Regular employee (indefinite-term employment contract)
Salary: 6.4-10 million JPY per year
There is a salary increase depending on the cumulative working hours, period, and skill.

Other Job Conditions

・Reallocation allowance: Up to 1 million JPY when moving from overseas and up to 300,000 JPY when moving from distant locations within Japan
・It is possible to work from home four times a week (applicable depending on the work).
