Bubble Chart is a graph showing the number of the samples with an area in the circle to compare relative positions of the circles.
The bubble chart in the bodais clustering service shows the number of the samples in a cluster with the area in the circle, where the circles of the clusters are plotted in two dimensions.
A shorter distance between the clusters indicates simular characteristics of the clusters.
The horizontal and vertical axes show the first principal component (horizontal axis) and the second principal componet (vertical axis), respectively, whose components are mapped by the PCA analysis of the multidimensional data.
